I get it—being a mom comes with a whole world of feelings, from joy to stress. When they say that your life will change when you have a baby, they truly mean it. Trust me, you are not alone in this journey and I am here to offer you the guidance and support that you deserve.
I have been a Pediatric Developmental Consultant for over 15 years and feel like I have never worked a day in my life. I say that honestly, I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to work with children everyday and support them in their natural environment while watching their family flourish.
I was drawn to becoming a Pediatric Sleep and Toileting Consultant because of my own journey into motherhood. I am not someone who does well without adequate sleep so I knew that I needed to gather as much information as possible. I quickly became more interested when I was able to practise my new found strategies on my little ones.
I’m Lauren
Hey There,
Once we ventured into the world of toilet training it didn’t take me long to realize that it was not going to be a linear experience for us but rather quite complex. From there the endless research and training began, now that we are on the other side I want to share my knowledge and experiences with other parents who are feeling the way we once did.
What sets me apart is my commitment to you. You're not just another client; you're a parent who deserves to feel confident, heard, and cared for. I tailor my coaching and guidance for your family - from your child’s unique needs, to supporting you with the changes.
I don't just focus on your child; I take a holistic approach that includes supporting you, the parent. Parenting is not a solo act—it takes a supportive community, and I aim to be a valuable part of yours.
MY PROMISE
"I promise to guide and support you and your child along your journey. This includes a personalized plan, compassionate guidance, and a partnership that transforms those sometimes challenging days and nights."
I know the importance of getting the right support...
I’ve been where your are, sleepless nights, awake looking for the best resources. Ensuring that you’re doing all the “right” things to promote your baby’s optimal development. And down the road, crying because I can’t figure out why my child won’t toilet train as easily as I thought. When I say you’re not alone, I mean that, I’m right here alongside you.
I knew from a young age that I wanted to work with children, it was a no brainer for me when I was choosing my profession. I have an Honours Bachelors Degree in Child and Family Studies with a major in Early Childhood Education, I have a certificate in Infant Mental Health, Certified Pediatric Sleep and Toileting Consultant and the list truly goes on and on. I am a life long learner, fun fact- I also have a certification in Reflexology, Iridology and have a love for essential oils.
