Your story is unique, and so is your child. We will work together to develop a customized and supportive plan that meets your overall needs. Life doesn’t operate on a 9 to 5 schedule, especially with a new baby. That’s why I offer support at various times throughout the day and evening, depending on your needs.
Reaching out for support can be a vulnerable and sensitive experience. I get that. That's why I'm available for you through call, text, email and virtual support- making sure you're never alone on this journey.
I understand that motherhood comes with a lot of questions. Benefit from my years of training and hands-on experience to get answers that are both expert-approved and tailored to real life. I stay updated on the latest evidence-based practices and bring you tried and true methods that work.
I use holistic, gentle methods when sleep training. It can take time to change a habit, which is why I offer a minimum of 2 weeks support. As you and your child learn, I'm here to adapt and offer guidance every step of the way.
